The course will additionally cover Italian citizenship and the status of Italian citizens; the principle of free movement of persons in the European Union and citizenship of the Union; the right of entry and residence of Union citizens and their family members and the general conditions for the legal entry and residence of foreigners in Italy; the right to non-discrimination on grounds of race and country of origin; the expulsion of irregular migrants and administrative detention.
